Private Events
Sipe Center is available to rent for private events. Book a rental to enjoy your favorite movie or play a video game with friends on the big screen! This is also an ideal location for corporate presentations, company retreats, lectures, birthday parties, or family gatherings.
Rental for Private Events
- 154 seat capacity with handicap accessibility
- Full sound and AV capabilities
- Digital projection for film or gaming. You supply the movie or game with gaming system. We have DVD or regular Blu-ray capabilities; Blu-ray 4k UltraHD are not compatible.
- Dressing room with private bathroom
- Meeting room
- Theater staff member
- Concessions available for purchase
- Weekday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday): $200.00 for the first three hours, $50.00 for each additional hour
- Weekend (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday): $250 for the first three hours, $75 for each additional hour
- Non-profits: Please call the box office at 540-908-4208 to inquire about special weekday rates.
- School Field Trips: Field trips are available for $5/student. Call to learn more!

Please include in your request the estimated number of guests, the movie or video game you would watch/play.
At least two weeks notice is required to make a reservation. The total amount of the rental fee is due upon the approval of the application.
Any A/V needs must be approved by staff prior to approval of the application.
